Mounted Rider clinic led by Caroline Frew, Chartered Physiotherapist alongside Jean Stephen BHS APC. Looking at muscle strength patterns, Movement issues, proprioception and symmetry that may influence your riding.
Once the issues have been identified following mounted and dismounted assessment, Caroline will plan your treatment and give you home work for lasting results. Following your Physio session you will move on to a private lesson with Coach, Jean Stephen working on improving your effectiveness as a rider.
This clinic is at Cabin Equestrian Centre (In the small indoor) the cost is £75 for a 60min session or £100 for a 90min session inclusive of school hire.
