About the event
Mounted Rider clinic led by Caroline Frew, Chartered Physiotherapist alongside Eilidh Grant, UKCC Coach. Looking at muscle strength patterns, Movement issues, proprioception and symmetry that may influence your riding.
Once the issues have been identified following mounted and dismouinted assessment, Caroline will plan your treatment and give you home work for lasting results. Following your Physio session you will move on to a private lesson with Coach, Eilidh Grant working on improving your effectiveness as a rider.
This clinic is at Mergie Livery Stables, Rickerton, Stonehaven, the cost is £80 for a 60min session or £110 for a 90min session inclusive of school hire.
